You don't say what year, but agree with above, for about the same $ you can buy a 3-5 yer old same size TT that doesn't have any of the issues I quoted from your post.
Personally I'd walk. GVW sticker is a must on commercial trailers under DOT laws. That said, have been pulled over commercial with missing gvw tag and officer looked the other way on it.
On private trailer it is not a concern.
I still wouldn't do it. Not a chance, unless maybe it was about half of what you're paying.
If you'd have said salvage title due to hail damage, sideswipe and replaced skin/repair, or any number of other less catastrophic incidents, I'd be less leary of it. However I wouldn't trust if it was flipped. On the up side, it says alot for the construction of it. I'd expect pickup sticks if an average TT gets laid over while going down the highway. Unless theres a better story and it got blown over into a foam pit or something.
