Absorption Fridge Running on Solar/Battery/Inverter System

My system was set up to have a large battery bank and fully recharge between trips. That worked well for trips of up to 5 days.

When I went full time redoing solar vs generator--the generator won. I've kicked myself ever since. Since the generator is there and I'm very much part time again, there is no need to have a massive bank, nor increase the solar charging.
