A/C keeps tripping from noon till dusk

Hi everyone, we live in Texas and it gets 110 out here. The Ac system keeps tripping at peak time from noon till 7 but will run perfectly at night. Can someone please give some advise on how to fix this issue? I cleaned out the roof AC system and regularly change out the filter. It runs for maybe a few minutes before the ac breaker trips again.

    Above are good places to start. How old is the AC, and have you checked to see what else is being used during the time frame?

    You are looking at an overload situation or the breaker is bad. Easy to replace the breaker. To really diagnose the issue get your clamp-on ammeter out and check the current and voltage on that branch circuit.

    Check the voltage during the time it likes to trip. It may be low due to the high demand.
