I'm thinking that you BETTER put an ammeter on your A/C compressor BEFORE just throwing a bunch of parts at it!
Is it possible the overload cut out is going bad? Sure, but there is a better chance the COMPRESSOR has an internal problem which is causing an overload..
Just because the compressor "sounds" OK once it is running does not necessarily mean that the compressor IS OK..
