This happened to us last week (sans the ceiling light) when our camper was less than a day old. None of the above was the problem. Technician thought it might have been a combination of high outside humidity and construction materials outgassing or whatever they do. Not sure if I buy that, but I'll look forward to other opinions on this forum.
