Adding a fan to a preexisting roof ven

I am a newbie and recently purchased a 2014 Premier Bullet travel trailer. It has two roof vents, one in the bathroom with a fan and one in the main area without a fan. The fixture of both look to be identical. My question is can I add a fan to the one in the main room? Is there power near that location? What is the best way for me to find out if this is an option? Thank you in advance for your help?

    As for power, do you have a light nearby the vent location that you can pull power from?
