The bathroom door has a large gap at the bottom but nothing on top so there is no way for air to circulate when the door is closed. There is a floor vent right outside the bathroom but it's in front of the bathroom wall so it doesn't blow into the bathroom. My old trailer had a vent in the bathroom and when the heater was running it would heat up the bathroom quickly.
My furnace adapter and vent should be here this week so I will get it all hooked up and checked out.
