I own an 2013 89RB and have a 2013 F250 4x4 shortbed. Did a trip to NorCal on the coast. Had a wonderful time. Much less tiring on the driver than a fifth wheel or trailer. Got about 14mpg. So far have not boondocked, but hoping to this winter. Have really enjoyed the flexibility of just stopping someplace and taking a nap.
