“If”, and I emphasize “if” you can , though illegal ...delete the egr and all associated epa mandated pollution components in the exhaust system. If your resident state does not mandate vehicle inspections, this is an option! The egr does a fantastic job of “recycling “ components that should be going out of the exhaust back into your engine. Hence, the reason that it must be periodically cleaned. The stuff you are removing fro the egr, was on it’s it’s way to the engine. Obviously this is frowned upon by the epa, government, and environmentalists! But it’s your engine! memtb
