Quality is "hit and miss" through out most of the industry.
Regardless of what you choose, do a thorough inspection BEFORE signing anything. Make them demonstrate all appliances including water tanks/pumps and city water connections. You might want to warn your salesperson ahead of time that without the inspection there is no deal.
