I traded my 2008 Jay Flight 19BH with hail damage on all 4 sides. Only cosmetic and dealer sold it in a week. I'd find out what the damage will cost to fix and offer 1/2 that below a price you'd offer on a new one. Actually offer below that but don't go above.
Hail damage is usually so minor and affects nothing but cosmetically, it's just stupid to repair it as it's so expensive.
It's your decision but I wouldn't discount my trailer the repair price, as it's really not needed and just for looks. I traded up to a 26BH since insurance gave me a good check.
