We actually prepped for side storage - not suggesting everyone do this as I know it's pricey, but we wanted to have a good safe spot for it (we haven't even bought it yet officially, and this was poured almost 2 months ago!) we had a GREAT deal for this - 5" concrete, the whole thing, and it was under $6k. They did a great job too, I think. To be honest, I didn't want hubs messing with getting gravel loads and trying to do this - it would have been hard on him physically, so I surprised him with a driveway addition..
Hopefully if we ever sell, the buyers will like a 3rd Driveway.. in the mean time, I hope it helps us with parking and storing..
