Gravel pad with metal carport over it. 18x30 and my trailer box is 25'. Halfway down sidewalls. I keep meaning to put pavers where the tires are, but haven't yet.
The difference having it under a roof makes is ALL the difference. Our last trailer looked new after 2 years of fairly heavy use. I'd worry about what was above my trailer before what was below it.
