Great observation.....it takes feedback like this get the manufacturers to address future issues. I bet you prevented a future problem by making this correction. Im sure Northwood will take your advice and make the change. We suggested spice racks be put into their TCs when we took the factory tour a few years ago and I see now they are starting to do it. They seem to listen to the consumers.
