Yes. Bought the property first, saw the electrical boxes and sewer hole, and never thought of them again, and bought the trailer 8 years later. Was poking around yesterday and thought.. "hey.. Wait a second.." :)
I now only need a picnic table and fire pit, and will be ready to camp in the front yard in style
