After 11 years owning my house, I find...

..a spot on my property with 30A electrical and sewer!

I've seen it before and a mysterious "Travel Trailer" label on my circuit breaker box, but never really put two and two together. Confirmed with my neighbor that this is where the previous owner kept his trailer.

Not exactly where I would prefer my trailer to be, but it's pretty neat that I can now dump my tanks without going too far. The sewer pipe had no lid all this time, so I have to make sure there's no blockage, but I'm pretty stoked!

    It's an acre.. I cleared some brush to put a gravel area for my trailer out of the way and run a 15A extension cord to it.. This area where the hookups are is part of my lawn, against a fence. I always noticed the hole in the ground, and there were several boxes (Comcast, AT&T, etc), so I never paid attention the outlet. Silly! :)

    Cool. After that long time I'd be sure to check the connections in the box for corrosion.
