Aftermarket mirrors

For those that have installed these, are the aftermarket tow mirrors worth the money quality wise? I am not talking about the slip on mirrors. I am referring to the extendable large towing mirrors. Pricing seems to be all over the map, from $125 to $450 for power, heated, turn signal mirrors.

    Price also seems dependent on the vehicle manufacturer and whether you want OEM mirrors or eBay knockoffs.

    GM tow mirrors range from around $650 up to $1200 for power folding.

    I would love to do that... Just hate to tear into it and they are expensive for sure...

    I carry a set of those slip-ons just in case I need them and they work great as well... I have the ones that has the large thumb screw on the back to hold them in place. I really haven't had to use them with my low profile POPUP trailer however...

    I always liked the DODGE truck standard mirrow that flipped out... Too bad the other trucks didn't do that...
