Too much air makes a worse ride. The balance is to have weight on the overload springs, but not too high. Never adjust because of headlite aim or wanting the truck to look like it does empty. I have a 2500 with a Lance 835. It weighs 3000 lbs loaded at the scales. I usually run about 15 lbs and 20 - 25 with a boat or atv trailer in tow. I ran about 55 lbs and was bouncing all over the road. Of course, we all have somewhat different setups, but my point is try different pressures and hopefully you will find where you like it the most.
