Got some weights to get us started.

I'll go back this weekend and weigh the empty truck (curiosity mostly) and when I bring the boat home I will get it weighed.

With camper, 3/4 tank of fuel, me and 2 boys.
Front Axle 4400
Rear Axle 5580

GAWR
Front 4670
Rear 6084.

Tires are a non issue as they combine for 7500lbs
Do you subtract the tire/wheel weight from the axle weight to understand the true load since it is unsprung weight?
