I going to put airbags on the truck now deciding which one Firestone Ride Rite, Load Lifter 5000, or Helwig they are all about the same price is one any better than the others? They are all 5000# but ...

If I understand correctly the rear of the truck drops 3". Bags would help level things up as well as help the ride some. I use Timbrens with 1800lbs on my 2500. I only drop 2" or so without them. I don't need them but I like the stiffer ride I get when towing.
I had put Firestone bags on a previous truck (F150) and really liked them. I only got Timbrens this time because they were cheaper.
Well in the real world we should all get MDT to haul all FW's. I am looking to level the ride a bit I thought having the camper pkg would of worked better.
