There's really nothing to replacing the gasket - with power to the rig disconnected just remove the ceiling shroud, unplug the ceiling unit from the top unit, noting what wire goes where, remove the four bolts securing the ceiling unit to the top unit, remove the old gasket material from the underside of the top unit, secure the new gasket in the same location, and put it all back together again, correctly torquing the four bolts for proper compression of the gasket material. Both generic and Dometic specific versions are available but both do the same job.
