We have a 30' trailer with one 13.5K air conditioner.
With highs in the low 100's, no shade, expect temp inside in the mid 80's. The AC runs all the time, removing most of the humidity, which helps make this tolerable.
Shade helps.
Reflectix (foil covered flexible stuff) on the windows helps lots, but blocks all light. Gila window film helps almost as much, and you can still see out.
Small fans help more than I'd expected.
And of course those things help even when you can't run the air conditioner.
