Your design is of great interest to me. After Sleepy did his and I made one...it really works! been running it for years. I want to put a new one on the rebuild. He told me that during the testing process some air must get thru the dam or it creates a low pressure area that sucks dirt up and collects in the catcher's mitt and along the sides of the TC. How are the side s of your rig?
So your design appears to have the correct amount of air passage slots... PLEASE provide the details, material, size of routed slots and over all dimensions and your securing method. It would be much appreciated.
