So your design appears to have the correct amount of air passage slots... PLEASE provide the details, material, size of routed slots and over all dimensions and your securing method. It would be much appreciated.

Will do. I will take a few pictures tomorrow and add a few with the camper loaded on the truck.
The air dam has been on 3 different Lance campers and 4 different Dodge/RAM trucks.
