I have made and installed three different designs but all based on Sleepy's design. What I have found is that my fuel mileage did increase but the bugs remained. The reason I think is that I have a extended cab instead of a crew cab. The other reason is that I have a winch and bumper with KC lights sticking out in the front. This extension, I believe causes the wind stream to flow differently than over the front of the truck. JMO
