Air shocks on tandem axle - settle this debate.

I hope this is what you intended to say. Shock mounts take a lot of stress, but are not designed to carry any real weight.

OP should consider a set of the equalizer replacements that have cushioning or dampening in them, Dexter E-Z Flex, Lippert Equa-Flex or Road Armor, or MORryde.

We had a Centerpoint air suspension made for a smoothride didn't add anything to CC.

The better question is does the Cybertruck come with air shocks and will the trailer need then as well if being pulled by cybertruck?

Or will you need a 6kw generator to recharge the truck, hence the need for air shocks for the additional payload of the generator?

REGULAR shocks are great for damping motion. Shocks are not meant to support a load.

Back in the 70s we used air shocks to jack up the back of our wanna be hot rods.

I think we need to know first why you are putting air shocks on ? Are they just for the dampening action or are you trying to solve some sort of problem you are having ?

And why make the extra expenses. Or a solution in search of a problem.

Why would you want one axle to respond differently than the other?
