Don't worry, your truck will pull that 23' Airstream without any problems. I tow a 24' Cougar with my 2003 Dodge 4.7 litre and although some the big hills are a little slower than others for the most part I can stay with the flow of traffic. Couple things you can check is it a factory or aftermarket Trans cooler, and make sure your Anti-freeze level meets the factory minimum to avoid overheating. Other than this enjoy your new trailer when you get it.
