Alaska Trip

If you've seen Niagara Falls: I-75 to Detroit and visit the Ford Museum and the truck factory. We stayed at Haas Lake Park RV Campground in New Hudson and drove in. Then head up to Mackinaw City. We stayed at the Mackinaw Mill Creek Camping Resort. Drive up to the Soo Locks. Next camping spot Island Resort & Casino Harris MI. Drive up to Paradise MI to Whitefish Point and visit the Shipwreck Museum and Lighthouse. Stop in Paradise at the Berry Patch for great coffee and pastry. Drive to Marquette MI to see the old coal loading docks. Go see Pictured Rocks. (boat tours). In Minnesota, stop at Itasca State Park & see the headwaters of the Mississippi. Either on the way or on return trip, see Mt Rushmore. In MT, Little Big Horn. On way back, Yellowstone and Tetons. For Yellowstone we stayed outside at Yellowstone Valley Inn RV Park between Cody and Yellowstone. For the Tetons we drove to the KOA in Dubois, WY (beautiful little town). Reference the movie "Taking Chance" and drove into the Tetons. Don't miss Cody and the Buffalo Bill Museum. Have a great trip! Wish we were going with you!!
