SanAntonioRoads - We were told the same thing about our dog and when we showed up and asked them, they were more then accommodating with letting our dog being in the train car with us. The dog sitter we used in Homer was Tails-By-The-Bay Dog Camp, Karen was the one we talked to and they have a FB page by that name also. Our dog Peanut spent some of her time in the camper because some of the trails we hiked had the possibilities of bears being encountered and she is only 13 lb, so just the right size for other predators also. We are glad we took her and was able to take her different places with us. Of course all the National Parks we couldn't take her on the trails either.
