I wondered about things like this. One answer that I have seen posted is that something didn't conform to the tou so it is removed. Maybe it was either the photo format or the content? They own the site and we dont pay anything for it so we can just go by their rules. When I have asked questions at other sites they said they would hate to see me leave but if I cant live with their tou they suggested that I start my own site with my tou and wished me well. :)
I think some refer to rule number 1 in tou.
