They can be stored in the storage areas below the dinette benches, or in the sofa/bed storage areas.
For watching, they can be placed on the counter, or, you can install a stand as I have here. Understanding you've mentioned an Expedition, you probably don't have much counter space, but I have an Aliner Scout and had the sink and refrigerator removed to allow for additional counter and storage space.
I put my tv/dvd player in the rear bubble over the bed. The top is hinged so the bottom swings out while in use to make a vertical viewing surface. The drapes hold in place and out of the way while travelling and when not in use.
