Motorcycles are very challenging to electrify - you have a massive number of very high performance IC engines (we're talking 150mph / 250 kph under 10 seconds), with chassis that rival MotoGP bikes only 10 years ago. Then you have a very small chassis with limited weight capacity for batteries.
The car market is the opposite - most ICs are fairly low performance, and you have a heavy chassis capable of hauling 1000 lbs of batteries. Easy to make an exciting product that stands out from the rest (Tesla).
With bikes, you have a 238hp, 400 lbs Ducati V4R that hits 300 kph in around 15 sec, corners at 1.6g+. Hard to beat with an EV design!
