I've wanted to buy a slice of that property ever since we bought our house 15 years ago to put more of a buffer on the North side of our lot. The property line was much closer to our house on that side than I was comfortable with, but couldn't reach an agreement with the owner. Finally just had to bite the bullet and buy the whole thing because one of the local land-barons was lusting after it and I knew I wasn't going to like what he would do with it. So we pretty much had no leverage. This will be our HO HO HO present to ourselves for a few years.

What more space for a bigger garage? :S No, I doubt it. Congrats though, nice to know you control what happens with it....a beautiful plot of rocks, trees and dirt you have!
