You can change the camber and caster adjustments on a solid axle ram front end by buying offset ball ;)joints.
I was speaking of adjustments made available factory-stock. Toe-in is it, on a leaf sprung solid front (not considering taper shimming between the springs and spring pads, which is also not a factory stock adjustment and typically only done in the course of highly modifying the suspension with a large amount of lift, to adjust pinion angle of the axle housing, to lessen the angle on the driveshaft u-joints).
