Also if you happen to get a response by telephone from "The Office of the President" of the firm you're working with, the vast majority of time those folks are very well equipped to make you happy.
Sadly I can't say that about Camping World as they (Office of Pres) are stuck following some of the same stupid policies as the rest of the folks in that organization. I can't believe how backwards some of that stuff is while Marcus is out telling everyone else how to do a better job.
