Alpine Western Wilderness TC?
Looking at a large 11+ foot 1986 WW and told it has aluminum studs. Anyone know if they made anything with aluminum instead of wood? I did not think so and if not I think this would be way to heavy....

Aluminum studs aren't necessarily heavier or lighter. You should be able to see the studs in the outside compartments, around the fridge, etc.
