Aluminum Scissor Steps Question

I have the Torklift 5 step model and just went out and measured the distance they project from the flush mount on my camper. They extend out to 11" from the camper which is the width of the steps when compressed and 18" down from where they are mounted from the camper. I can send pictures if need be. I do not have a hitch extension as I carry a cargo basket in my hitch adapter.
From my point of mounting to the camper to the ground is 41" so my camper sits higher than yours.
