In this case the age wouldn't bother me, but the leak would. There is always more damage than meets the eye. When buying our current trailer, we passed up a trailer we were almost ready to pull the trigger on because it had a patched hole in the front wall. We ended up paying 1500 more to get the same trailer in better shape. Find one that hasn't leaked and enjoy it.
