Once again, I disagree with the masses. Whether there was permanent damage depends on how big the leak was, how was it repaired, and was it dried out. Go see the Roo and ask the owner for a leak test......lay a hose on the roof and watch it for a long time (as long as they'll let you) to see if there's still a leak. Look at the ceiling and the wood grain cabinets to see if there's massive damage or a small bit of damage. We bought a 1984 5th wheel that had had a leak.....have had it for 2 years and NO problems.
