I think I found it.......
It still could be fuel??? I don't know I'm just guessing from what I see and hear? I'm going to order the replacement Regulator deal:
Garretson/IMPCO type KN regulator (zero governor) As it seems that is the mostly likey hard starting issue, maybe that will also fix any fuel or lean issues? Wouldn't that be nice and simple, I can hope right?
If that doesn't do the trick and I can't find any relatively simple solutions here, I'll just have to take it to someone. Anyone know of any EXPERTS on generators, power transfer switches etc. in the Greater Sacramento area?
