Well I looked at replacing my awning with a manual awning and YIKES!! :E
With deliver and all it was over $700.00 with the arms on the net. ($1200.00 installed by the local dealer.) Double YIKES!! :E:E
So as suggested I looked for a sun shade. The questions now are,:h
• Why are the shades for electric awnings more expensive than for manual awnings?
• Do they all have the same slot width for the top cord?
• Can they be rolled up with the awning? It is going to take a step ladder to thread it into the roller each time.
