As stated here many times. Load the truck up with family and all gear you will camp with..
Then take it to a cat scale and get the individual axle ratings of the truck.
Compare those #'s to the GVAWR on the door tag. Subtract the scale weights from the tag weights. That will tell you the payload left and what you can town.
You may be suprised at what you get..
