Another GVWR

I like my 2006 F150 Super Crew Cab and I'd rather not buy another truck. I am hoping to find a light weight camper to put on it.
The GVWR is 7200lbs. The vehicle weight is 5535, leaving 1665 lbs.
I found a SixPac Camper with tag that reads 1502 lbs. Would this be too much over the GVWR for two people and just carrying a few gallons of water? What should I add to the truck to make it ride as safely as possible?
  • Yes. The truck weight is dry. You have to add fuel, people, luggage, etc. Plus all the stuff you take camping. However, there are after market items like air bags, HD shocks, etc that will help with stability if you try and make it work.
