another one going to the dark side

hey! We Can Wait!....we did exactly the same thing this past May...moved from our 23SS to a 2604. We loved our HTT but found getting older made some things more difficult and was getting to be a chore. After the last trip in our ROO I told DH - again - that I thought we either needed to make a change - note I did NOT say move up - or just get out of camping. We'd batted it around for about year and he really didn't want to make a change, but what with one thing and another. I got online with RVW, which I'd done many times and just spotted the 2604 in the interior colors we wanted. When he got home I told him I'd found THE PERFECT trailer for us....insert eyes rolling and that look....he took one look and asked me to get busy getting a price and getting this thing going. We LOVE it. It really is the perfect TT for us at this time of life. We miss our ROO and the breezes blowing through, but don't miss his grumbling when I handed him the PUGs or got out the sheets. We really don't consider a HTT a "lower" level trailer, just different and it was time for us to make the change. I was beginning to think we were the only ones on here with the 2604. Yea! I really don't see us ever making the change to a MH...but what do I know. As long as our situations around the homefront stay stable - we have an adult son who is disabled - we need the truck to get him around and can't see doing that in a MH. Happy Camping!
