We really don't consider a HTT a "lower" level trailer, just different and it was time for us to make the change. I was beginning to think we were the only ones on here with the 2604. Yea! I really don't see us ever making the change to a MH...but what do I know. As long as our situations around the homefront stay stable - we have an adult son who is disabled - we need the truck to get him around and can't see doing that in a MH. Happy Camping!

That is exactly the reason we were starting to look at going to a regular trailer. It was becoming a chore to put the pugs on, make the bed etc., not to mention the bunk ends in the rain. Yes i will miss parts of it as well but not that much. :B We had planned to wait another couple of years before making the switch. I had planned to put new tires on this year and get 2 new batteries. WOW that was an expensive set of tires and batteries. :h Like you i can't see us ever going the motor home route but keep in mind i get reminded on a consistant basis that i once said you would never get me out of a tent. :S
