Hey...I have a trick for getting at the drain plug. I use a foldable lug wrench from Harbor Freight Tools. One of the sides fits nicely on the plug and with the handle collapsed, you can easily get it in to place. Nothing should be too tight, so it works fine. I believe it is 7/8", but I'm not completely sure without checking. Since I keep the wrench in the trailer, I don't have to worry about finding the right socket set-up.
