I invite some of you into the 21st century, lol. While I want control over my vehicles maint and want to be able to check the trans fluid, it is simply not the issue it once was.
(Ralph I would have felt the same way. It turned a simple repair more complicated. But look on the flip side, there are things that are simpler and last longer on newer vehicles that offset it compared to the dinosaurs we all grew up with)
Things like 100,000mile service intervals for transmissions and tune ups. Old cars would be on their 2nd or 3rd cycle of those by 100k.
Still bullchit that the lines rusted out. For all the bluelaid drinkers, ram mafia members and whatever we call GM fans, they are all the best thing since beer in a can some days and complete junk on others.......
