Another Reason To Not Have Airbags
I know this has been discussed to nauseum, but I am currently towing my cargo trailer that is combined weight of about 7K LBS, and some stuff in the bed of the truck and of course fuel and two bodies....

I wouldn't expect a 7k trailer to cause significant squat on a dually.
As someone else mentioned, a WDH might make sense if it's inducing that much squat.
Might also be how the load is spread in the bed.
IF OP is relying on air bags to hold the load, not springs per say, then yes, this will happen, not matter what is going on.
I barely pull of 200-300 lbs off the FA of my older now gone 3500's with 8500 lb RA's with a 1500 lb hitch load, from a 12K total trailer. A 7K with even 1000 lbs should not be pulling but 100-200 lbs off the FA, and not causing issues. I usually found it took at least 400, if not 500 or more lbs off the FA to cause steering issues with said 8 lug trucks.
