Where does one take their Tesla to be repaired, which I am sure will happen, or has happened? And how will that work when there are as many as "everyone" says there will be?

Our neighbour had an issue with the glove compartment latch after about a year. He just used the app to schedule a repair and the ranger came to his place of work. He had to wait a couple weeks though. More serious stuff goes to a service centre.
