Another wat er damaged floor - 2006 Aerolite Cub BH23

Update: it's the bottom wiper seal that's the issue: it's funnelling in the water into the trailer. I did some water tests and played with the seal. If I push the seal all the way back, it holds back almost all the water when I did a spray hose test on that side. That test emulates a huge deluge, and thus this means it solved 95% - 99% of the problem.

I want to figure it out 100% Maybe the type of seal is the issue...
